Other Insurance/Medicare

When you have other health insurance, you must use this insurance first before Medicaid. You must follow the rules of your other insurance. For example, you must go to the doctors in your insurance network. Sometimes your insurance company may pay you for medical services you get. If Medicaid has paid for the same services, you must pay Medicaid back. Call the Medical Assistance Customer Service Center (MACSC) to get information on how you must pay Medicaid back.

Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
